Double Drain Pan
Enclosed by heavy gauge galvanized steel cover. The slide-out motorboard drain pan assembly helps make short work of maintenance. Condensate drain trap is easily removed for cleaning.

Insulated Type M Copper Risers
Factory -installed in an enclosed compartment. A fire stop at the top and bottom complies with U.L. requirements. Risers are swaged at the top to facilitate brazing connection.

Energy Efficient Permanent Split Capacitor Motor
Optionally available with quick disconnect plug.

Special Riser Mounting Bracket
Lets risers expand and contract while remaining securely attached to the unit.

Optional Electric Heating Element
Mounted above the fan outlet and can provide supplementary between season heating or total electric heating.

Optional Manual Outside Air Damper
Adjustable for 0-25% of outside air. Air inlet is filtered.

Optional Controls
May be unit mounted or wall mounted. Unit mounted thermostats are available as a plug-in to simplify installation. Wall mounted thermostats are available in both low voltage and line voltage. Thermostat sensing bulb is located in the return air compartment to regulate room temperature.
