A single pipe hydronic system helps multifamily building realize energy efficientcies.

A St Louis existing residential facility called Council Towers, converted a 225 apartment building to a efficient one-pipe system in a mulitphase mechanical system updgrade of the 27 floor complex.  Fan coils were fitted with pumps to run with Taco's LoadMatch hydronic system as designed by Jarrell Mechanical Contractors.  Council Towers is a single bedroom and studio apartment housing facility which sits on the west side of St. Louis near the University.
